- 65+ years of continuous community ice operation in Anchorage
- Proposing to manage Ben Boeke Ice Arena and Dempsey Anderson Ice Arena
- All net revenue reinvested directly into the facilities

- On-site, engaged day-to-day management at both facilities

- Expanded programming — youth, adult, open skate, summer ice

- Zamboni operator training and preventative maintenance program
